The highest, most complete circle of care.
Five practitioners. One coordinated approach.
Integrative women's health for perimenopause and beyond..
Why We Do What We Do
Because fragmented care was failing the women we love. Because too many of them were leaving appointments feeling dismissed, confused, and more alone than when they walked in. Because perimenopause and menopause deserve more than a pamphlet and a prescription. And because we genuinely believe that when five skilled practitioners work together as one circle — sharing notes, coordinating care, and treating the whole woman — something remarkable becomes possible. That is why we do what we do. And that is why we built Summa Circle.
How it works
Five practitioners. One conversation. All about you.
Step 1 — You reach out
It starts with a simple conversation. You tell us where you are in your health journey — what you've tried, what hasn't worked, and what you're hoping for. No pressure. No commitment. Just your story, shared with people who genuinely want to hear it.
Step 2 — We get to know you
Before you meet a single practitioner, our whole team reviews your intake form together. Your goals, your history, your symptoms, your vision for your future self. By the time you walk through the door, five practitioners already know your name — and your story.
Step 3 — Your circle gets to work
Your care coordinator builds your personalized plan — determining which practitioners you see first and in what order, so that every appointment builds on the last. Each visit is coordinated, intentional, and connected to everything else happening in your circle.
Step 4 — Everything is connected
After every appointment, your team is updated. Your PT knows what your NP found. Your nutritionist knows what your mindset coach is working on. Your reiki practitioner knows where your nervous system is. Nothing exists in a silo — because your health doesn't either. Seeing one of us truly is like seeing all five.
This is not a referral network. This is a circle. And it is built entirely around you.
